Microneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy. There are twelve small needles pulsating simultaneously, forcing a trauma on the skin. Any time the skin has trauma, blood rushes to the surface to heal and repair. Microneedling also opens the pores.
PRP (platelet rich plasma) is plasma with many more platelets than what is typically found in blood. The concentration of plasma has growth factors usually 5-10 times richer. To obtain the plasma, we draw your blood, spin the vials in a machine called a centrifuge, this separates the blood and the plasma.
When PRP is topically placed and infused deeper into the skin with microneedling, the results are amazing. At Don't Wait 2 Rejuvenate, both promote new tissue to form causing tightening, improvement of elasticity, texture and improves the tone of the skin. The number of platelets is increased by approximately 5% over plasma's original platelet content after a single treatment.
The Apollo™ skin tightening at Don't Wait 2 Rejuvenate, differs from many other skin rejuvenation machines currently on the market. The Apollo™ utilizes Tripollar radio frequency to increase fibroblast activity, increasing collagen and elastin fibers. The result is an all-over tightening of the skin.

ULtherapy delivers focused ultrasound energy which targets deep tissue below the surface of the skin that is typically reached with cosmetic surgery. ULtherapy incorporates traditional ultrasound imaging, which allows practitioners to see the layers of tissue they are treating, ensuring the correct amount of energy is delivered to the proper area. When the ultrasound energy bypasses the surface of the skin it delivers a natural response, thus jumpstarting the regenerative process to stimulate the body’s creation of new collagen.
Some patients see an initial effect after their first treatment, but the results are enhanced over a 2-3 month period as the new collagen works to continue to tighten the skin on the neck, chin and brow as well as smooths out the chest.
